A non technical business orientated approach to understand the way the business works and preferred outcomes were discussed with the client and askcraft.
As the client wanted an easy to use website, a wordpress design was proposed that also connected to HubSpot as a contact management system (CMS) to take care of managing the lead to enquiry process, with on page chatbot workflow and workflow for follow up email marketing.
The site design included performance, security, speed and search engine optimisation (SEO).
The process for enquiries from the 24/7 chat and contact form was documented and delivered as part of the project.
