Business Summary

Recogitate is a specialist Artificial Intelligence Consultancy in St Albans, Hertfordshire that provides bespoke custom software solutions for businesses to improve their bottom line with automation.

The business could not easy adapt its website, as the wordpress content was hard coded using php and Advanced Custom Fields (ACF).

Feeling locked into the previous web developer and unable to change the website easily and without significant cost was half the story. The site also needed to address its audience which were business owners needing to transform their business by business objective without technical knowledge of the terminology or requirements to do so.

askcraft provided a complete solution to translate the hard coded website to wordpress with elementor pro with complimentary code snippets to enhance the look, feel and functionality.

askcraft worked with the client to provide a proof of concept to demonstrate that the new site can be developed with the selected tools.

Following existing site backup, a template approach created the new website using Elementor Pro.

Once the template website was approved, work began with drafting SEO focused content writing to insert into each page.

Additional pages for specific solutions was added, this made the website easier to navigate and quicker to find solutions based on business objectives and requirements

Some custom code php and css was required to improve the user experience, all code was developed, coded and tested by askcraft.

askcraft managed the migration process from old website to new website and everything was tested before go live and launch.

The next stage of the project is to further enhance SEO by introducing additional content on a regular basis and additional features to enhance the visitor conversion rate with lead generation and marketing.
