Business Summary

Naturally Captured By Hayley is a local photographer based near Radlett, Hertfordshire that specialises in family photography where nature outdoors is the beautiful backdrop.

After operating for more than 2 years, now was the time to showcase her work and drive leads and enquiries from a central digital website.

There was a presence on social media but the addition of a website would help differentiate and funnel projects in a professional manner.

THE PROJECT

What’s included

This project was built on WordPress with free versions to control cost of Astra and Brevo and HubSpot with custom website development and code to improve the usability and experience.

The first meeting identified that a website, with email marketing tools was just some of what a photographer might need to be successful. A complete workflow blueprint was provided by askcraft to ensure that the enquiry to cash process can be scaled and automated.

The site design included a shared folder and project planner for collaboration. Content writing provided by askcraft as draft for review and design of website, logo, branding and business cards.

Customer Relationship Management to manage deal pipeline, quotes and invoices along with tools for email marketing , sales funnels and website pop-up forms with cal lto action.

Tailored contact forms to capture event details and website traffic analytics to review areas of focus and future design.
